Ford Trims $200 From 2011 Edge Price;

Ford has decreased the price of the 2011 Edge crossover SUV to $27,995. The change in price is not substantial, but at least it is not an increase for a newer model that has more horsepower. There are several other competing crossover models that have good horsepower and features such as the Chevy Equinox which can be fixed with Florida Chevy Parts. The 2011 Edge has a 3.5 liter V6 engine that is all new and gets a fuel economy of 19 mph in the city and 27 mpg on the highway. VW Peoria also sells crossover models that get good fuel economy and are worth a look.

Toyota Albuquerque sells a number of popular Toyota crossover models that have been very popular in the past but have dropped in popularity since news of Toyota recalls have been released. Ford took 15 pounds of weight off of the 2011 Edge as well for slightly better fuel economy and it has 40 pounds of weight taken off of the AWD version as well. Ford's Edge has great fuel efficiency compared to many other crossover vehicle models, and the Edge is likely going to continue to be a top choice for crossover consumers.

The 2011 Edge has a redesigned front grille with rocker panels on the side for better aerodynamics and fuel economy. The new edge will also have a Ford MyTouch interior technology system and other technology features. The new Edge will be sold in a television and digital advertising campaign later this year and the campaign will be launched in late August and early September.

Sony will be working with Ford for marketing programs for the crossover model and Ford will continue to market its other models with innovative techniques which have been very effective for the company lately.
