Ford Sales in India Triple;

Ford's sales in India have tripled with almost 8,000 vehicle sales. Ford's latest vehicle models for the United States can be purchased from Ford Dealer Edmonton dealerships, and Ford is looking to expand its market shares throughout the world in India as well as China where it has been selling more vehicles. GM, whose latest models can purchased from a Chevrolet Dealer Oshkosh has also been selling more vehicles in both India and China, and these markets remain a high source of potential sales for both companies.

Honda, whose models can be test driven at Honda Dealer Louisville dealerships has also sold plenty of models in China and India and it will look to compete with Ford in this fast expanding vehicle market. The Ford Figo is the current hot seller in India as this model has had 35,000 bookings since it was launched almost 25 weeks ago. Ford tripled its sales for August in 2010 as opposed to 2009. The Figo is selling throughout India and it is one of the top sellers. Ford has sold almost 55,000 vehicles in India which represents an increase of 220 percent compared to 2009.

Ford is expanding not only in the United States but in the rest of the world, and Ford looks to continue to be profitable in the Indian market and in other markets throughout the world as global sales become more important for domestic automakers.
