Ford designers take simple approach;

Ford's engineers have been designing the interiors on the newest Ford models sold at Ford Dealer Huntsville with a more simplistic approach. Using the SYNC system, Ford designers have set up interiors to have as few buttons as possible to avoid driver distraction and complication. Ford's latest models with SYNC technology can be purchased from a Ford Dealership Richmond. Ford has taken cues from other industries like the construction and interior design industry to help it design its interiors. Ford is seeing that a minimalistic approach works best for its interiors, and Ford's latest vehicles that demonstrate this can be seen at a Cedartown Ford Dealer.

Voice commands have allowed Ford to reduce the need for a number of buttons. In-vehicle connectivity and entertainment features means that designers have to design models very carefully. There are a number of driver distractions that have to be taken into account every time a new feature is added to a vehicle. Many drivers want more safety on their vehicles even though they have the latest features. They also want less cost and complexity with their vehicles. Ford has been able to upgrade or evolve vehicle technology. At one point having a 6 CD changer was a must for a new car, but Ford has removed the need for this by added USB connectivity and hard drives to its vehicles.

There are also SD cards that are used to store navigation data rather than navigation hard drives which reduces the amount of interior space taken. Ford has also added other features to its interiors like Bluetooth audio streaming and satellite radio both of which can be accessed with voice alone. SYNC has been installed on over 3 million vehicles and was launched in the fall of 2007. SYNC comes with these voice command features and includes features like 911 Assist, Vehicle Health Report, and a number of other features.
