Ford Models Have Legroom to Spare!

Great news for Winston Nissan Dealer; their Nissan Armada was named one of the top ten cars of 2010 with the most backseat legroom by the auto experts at Edmunds.  While there were no vehicles from the VW Dealer line up on the list, you can still get good deals on comfortable and fuel efficient cars from Volkswagen.  One of the big winners is Ford Vineland, or rather Ford Motor Company as a whole.  Three of their models had the biggest backseats with the most legroom!  Congratulations to the Lincoln Town Car, which has an impressive 45.4 inches of legroom for backseat passengers.  Second on the list is the Ford Flex, with 44.3 inches of legroom.  And fifth on the list is the Lincoln MKT with 41.8 inches.

Not everybody needs a car with lots of legroom for their backseat passengers.  Typically, backseat passengers are children and their little legs don’t get squished too easily.  These vehicles are more intended for people who frequently need to carry five or six full size and long legged adults!  Think people who car pool on a regular basis, car taxi service companies, or even extended families who have more than two adults living at home.  Brace yourself because legroom is a luxury item, so the following list of ten cars is going to be a bit on the high price end of the spectrum.

Sixth on the list is the Cadillac DTS with 41.6 inches of legroom for backseat riders.  We already mentioned the Lincoln MKT for fifth place, and fourth place was a three-way tie!  The Infiniti QX56, Mercedes-Benz G-Class, and Nissan Armada all provide 41.9 inches of space.  Third place was a tie between the Audi A8 and Mercedes-Benz S-Class with 42.3 inches.  Second place was a tie between the Ford Flex and BMW 7 Series with 44.3 inches.  And the top spot goes to the Lincoln Town Car!
